We are a full-service property management company located in beautiful Incline Village, Nevada. We are locally owned and operated, and offer more than 10 years of property management expertise in greater Lake Tahoe, Reno and the surrounding areas.

We value each and every one of our clients and take pride in our customer service and responsiveness to their needs. We are looking for a full-time Community Manager or Supervising Community Manager to join our team and support our Homeowner Association (HOA) property management services.

The (Supervising) Community Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Homeowner Association board (and its owners) and managing day-to-day communications on necessary topics and issues through established community management procedures.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and is equipped with strong time management and prioritization skills. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and is able to create trust with the Boards, owners, tenants as well as contractors and other vendors.

This position is in person at the Incline Village, Nevada office and cannot be remote. * CAM License required*

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
  • NRED full Community Manager License.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships.
  • Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization.
  • Positive & productive attitude.
  • Professional dress & demeanor.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Ability to acquire and maintain current knowledge of the state statutes, association CC&Rs, and Rules and Regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing day-to-day support to Homeowner Association (HOA) clients through exceptional customer service and project management skills.
  • Serve as the primary point person for the board as it relates to all aspects of the association.
  • Work proactively to limit complaints and issues, but if problems arise work promptly to mediate and resolve with applicable parties.
  • Assist in the long-term planning of the association by bringing forward ideas, recommendations, and best practices to the board for consideration.
  • Work directly with the Board President to ensure the Board is kept current in association operations and serves as a liaison for communication needs between the board and owners.
  • Create and distribute board packets for the board and executive meetings.
  • Actively monitor all financial aspects of the association.
  • Attend training as required.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Offer.
